All Aboard this Southern Grooveline Soul Line Dance class! We are dancing for health, having fun, and going places. Since 2007 Southern Grooveline has established line dance throughout the region as an art form. This is social dancing that’s good for your mind, body, and soul.  Enjoy an array of diverse line dance styles and music, enhance your coordination, concentration and confidence in a fun and energized low-impact class. Choose shoes with a low, stable heel and a flexible sole  to provide support and balance, and easy movement. Sneakers are NOT recommended, nor shoes with a lot of traction, as they can stick to the floor and cause injuries. All members.
