Beginning Tai Chi

Tuesdays 2:30-3:30 PM All abilities welcome. Ideal for beginning to intermediate fitness. Slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind. Improves muscle tone, flexibility, balance and coordination. Chair optional. Premium membership
