Cardio Core with Donna

This Intermediate strength class will include repetitive low-impact movements that utilize the large muscle groups of the body for warming up and cardiovascular fitness. Following that, exercises focus on the core stability muscles, ending with a cool-down segment and a relaxing stretch & breathe segment. Modifications for intensity are always introduced for students who may have health issues or physical limitations to consider.
