Seeds of Hope

Senior Resources serves as a distribution agency for Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) checks. The SFMNP checks allow low-income senior citizens, age 60 and older, to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables from Seeds of Hope farmers’ markets, as well as other roadside stands and community-supported agriculture programs. Seeds of Hope is a series of farmers markets located at South Carolina churches featuring produce from local small-scale farmers.
