Pick up 5 Free Meals Once a Week

Meal Distribution

Senior Resources will be offering any senior citizens in Richland County the opportunity to pick-up 5 FREE meals once a week starting this Monday, March 23.  Meals will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Please see below for exact requirements to be eligible to receive these services.

To receive these services, each individual must meet the following requirements and abide by the following conditions:

  • Must be a senior citizen (60+) or taking the meal to a senior citizen and be a resident of Richland County.
  • Must provide name, address and phone number at pickup.
  • Only 2 meal packs allowed per car.
  • Individuals are only permitted one pick-up per week.
  • Each individual must show a state issued ID.

Caring for Columbia's Senior Population

Together with our volunteers, we provide necessary services and care for seniors who cannot afford to pay for private services. Our goal is to support Midlands’ seniors who wish to remain in their home.
