Foster Grandparents
...are volunteers age 55 or older who give care and attention to children with special needs, in sites such as Head Start programs, hospitals, shelters and schools. Foster Grandparents served over 1,100 special needs children in 2008.
...serve 20 hours per week.
...is a program of the Corporation for National and Community Service.
