Meals On Wheels...  much more than a meal!

	...delivers over 100,000  hot, noon day meals to eligible elderly, frail and homebound individuals on an ongoing basis each year.
	...sponsors contribution-based and private pay meals.
	...utilizes volunteers  to pack and deliver these meals.

 

BI LO awards $13,000 to Senior Resources' Meals On Wheels program.

The Bi-Lo Charity Classic, now in its 24th year, has become the largest single-day charity tournament in the country.  On November 10, 2007 Debbie Bower, Executive Director of Senior Resources, and Suzy Allred, Director of Meals On Wheels and Center Development, accept this year's grant award from officials from Bi-Lo.
